There are many forms of meditation, each with the potential to yield profound results. In our meditation workshops, we explore many of the more common forms of meditation including guided imagery, and silent and journey meditations. Participants are encouraged to embrace the methods that most appeal to them.

The benefits are many and vary according to each individual. Some of the benefits that clients express after meditation are:
